I bought this music and you charged my Amex card. then I discovered I could not print the music because your software would not allow it. I called and asked you to credit my Amex card and you have not done that. Everytime I try to call you are either on the phone or closed. The fact that you cant deal with Windows 10 is not my problem. Please refund my money or send me the music.
