I am a musician, so All of your music I have to improvise on and put more than what is written down. But for those you cannot improvise on the music, this is good.........The way yours is written always give you a basis as to how the music sounds. You can always put your own twist on it, if you know how to do that.......

I am very please with my sheet music purchase. It is easy enough for a recreational musician with little formal training to read and play and still feel like a pro.

I had the song in the original key of D Minor that I thought seemed a little high for the singer I was accompanying on the piano. I was happy to be able to print it in C Minor. I think it will fit her voice better. I like this arrangement very much. The arrangement involves a wide range of notes, so it is important to try to allow for the singers comfort range.

Great arrangement of a familiar song. Suitable for a contralto to sing during the Christmas Season. Not too difficult accompaniment.

I was planning to use this arrangement with a high school soprano voice student. I assumed the original key would be a good bet--I should have paid more attention to the range. Why would the default choice include a high Bb? There are also some non-standard notes in the melody. Not a problem unless you already know the piece. The arrangement is also difficult to use--confusing repeats (you have to turn backward and then skip forward awkwardly.) I have another arrangement, but I dont remember the source, unfortunately. It is fine. I was just trying to have a legal copy to use with it. Now I will have to find yet another source.
